I am very happy with all the resources this course provides, it really helps get a grasp of all the information we are learning. I am very new to IT and I feel so good being able to do labs with Labsims and having the resources to use with Comptia makes me feel like I will be able to retain the information. Especially since I am able to go back to it at a later time.

I really enjoyed the course and the interaction in a virtual environment.

This is a great course for beginners to gain an understanding of IT in its entirety and helps you find what you are interested in.

Overall he is an excellent instructor, I grade him 10.

Overall a good course. A lot packed in it for the two weeks for ITIL but you get a lot out of it for the real world

This was a new experience for me starting at the beginning of the IT world as far as general knowledge goes but I can say that overall I am satisfied with this remote learning experience.
