I enjoyed the class

Great instructor and great class.

In real world no body have much time but this course need more time. The time 2 week is less but depend on the dedication and self study a well. I am hard working person so, it was ok to me.

I thoroughly enjoyed Lee's expertise in relating the objectives in the course material. He took complex ideas and explained them to me and the class in way that was great for me. I feel as though I learned a lot from his class and would love to have him as a teacher in the future!

The course was great and my expectations were all met, I came out of it with a solid understanding of ITIL beyond just rote memorization of key concepts.

Great course. I will definitely recommend to those whom I know that want to pivot into tech, this is a great course to take with ACIL and a good certification to have on your resume.

The course content was provided in a lot of platforms; online, MS word, pdf, powerpoint, which made it easier to access. Quality of the content was also good and to the point.
