There was a lot of information that was covered. John made the learning process easy. He is a great teacher of ITIL.

It is my first course with ACI but I like how the material is presented and with a great instructor makes it so much easier.

Even if passing the course. I would take over and over again. It is like a good movie. You do not mind watching again.

I dont know if it was just me that when i tested my self i feel like i read so much all of it sounded right i got so confused

Just need more time to learn the material, this goes for all courses. My brain doesn't work like it used too.

I needed more time.

The course itself is great and extremely useful to know. Unfortunately, 2 weeks doesn't feel long enough to really grasp beyond the core concepts for deep seeded memorization of standards/protocols/frequencies etc.

this course needs to be longer.

This was a very good base-level IT course. I think anyone who has little familiarity would benefit from a course like this one. I was delighted to have an opportunity to commit myself to learning about the cloud in a structured environment. The presentations were laid out fairly logically across the course as a whole and the labs helped solidify information learned. I think opportunities to do explorative learning and collaborating with class mates helped me integrate learning the most and I feel like the number of these activities could be higher in the future.
