Simply a great experience! Great course overall! This course has definitely help bring alive many concepts learned in A+ which are starting to make more sense, as well as having a better understanding of the methodology and why it works. I cannot say enough great things about this experience and the new knowledge skills I have gained. There's still a lot of learning to be done but it's all coming together

I enjoyed the course and how the instructor did his breakdown to assist in information retention. The information at first glance can seem overwhelming but how it is broken down makes it easy to understand.

I learned a lot and is very excited about what this cert will do for me in the future, I truly appreciate the professionalism and the time that the instructor gave the students to thoroughly explain and answer any and all questions we had during this course !!
