Very lenient in classroom rules. relaxing environment, convenient location with good parking, access to food. Everyone on the staff is helpful. Good content, good format Website performance IS abysmal sorry Last thing. The help chat system is not good Giving me only preset click options before i can talk to a bot, before the bot can get a hold of someone, is very very uncool in my book. Do do things like that. give the option to type immediately. All that does is get some one fired up before a real person has to deal with their issues.

Over all its a good course just the online labs seemed a bit buggy at times. Would be nice to see hands on material.
all in all, wish there was hands on in the classroom. i know we had the skill labs for it, but it doesn't help my brain see the actual picture.
As someone coming in with no back round in IT this course has been very helpful and intuitive
I enjoyed the course but had many issues with the practice test and labs not responding. So it slowed down my progression at times.
Recommend ACI to anyone wanting to learn new skills.
