It was a great Course

The instructor was excellent, the material was excellent. Too much to cover for 2 weeks of class at 4 hours each class. the amount of homework was way too much for working people. Maybe if we had longer than 2 weeks.

This course contained much more content that CND and will definatly require a closer reading. Because of the volume of content it did seem a bit rushed at times.

The course material was difficult for me in the fact I have no life experience in management level thinking. The instructor was really great at providing the information but I had difficulties with comprehension of the concept and tying it into life use. I will just have to review and study the material on my own but the instructor has informed us we can contact him if we need assistance in the future. For me personally, it was a lot to absorb in a short period of time. I am sure for others it would be much easier to understand and it definitely is needed in the IT world.

He did a great job in all honestly. As long as you put in the work and pay attention in class, you will do well.

I think that Certmaster Practice should be pushed more. I found it MUCH more useful than the homework assaigned.

This course was easy to understand and comprehensive. Helped me understand ITIL and its edicts and uses.
