For someone who has not done IT before, it is a ton of new information so be ready to study a lot.
It was pretty long hours if you work a full time job and have a family. However, it is definitely worth the time spent to learn the information.

Good course, in depth and technical but still simple enough to understand that someone without prior knowledge could learn it quickly.
there is a lot left up in the air with this course . and being that it is one of the biggest ones using ACI only tools would not help me pass alone unfortunately. i just feel as a student its very bare bones and doesn't go in depth or even relate itself to the exams . especially since 1102 1101 are on the table and all we keep getting is 1001 1002 materials.
Response: Thanks for your feedback, The courseware you were taught from was 1101/1102 material. The assessments and the TestOut labs do need to be updated and we are working on that. It should be noted that they do cover 90- 95% of the material. Once again, thanks for your feedback.
