I would recommend taking classes at ACI Learning for their ongoing certification and education. The ease of comprehending instruction has been very helpful for anyone in any level.

Aside from the Texas winter storm I had a great time taking this course. I gained a lot of knowledge and actually feel like I have retained the information. The only criticism I do have is about the lack of hands on training on the equipment. I understand that this issue is COVID related but I feel I would grasp the networking concepts much better with actual physical training.

Overall, the course was a great experience. Prior to the start of the course, I personally was uneducated about IT. After this week, I feel I have a strong, base understanding on IT. I am looking forward to the other courses.
