After this course, I feel confident in taking the certification exam. The zoom format worked very well. There are plenty of study materials available. I liked how there were no additional financial obligations. The ITIL study app was included, no additional books, etc. to purchase. No surprises after enrolling. Comes across as a very upfront and honest training environment.

Considering how important Security+ is for employers, especially the DoD and its contractors, I think Security+ should be 3 weeks long

Great class, I feel like I know exactly what to do in order to pass the certification.

Overall I enjoyed how the course was laid out, the instructor, and the material. Any complaint I have is purely administrative. I do wish that ACI Learning will have a better process in place in order to handle a large-scale disruption to classes. Communication is key.

I think an extra week to get through the course would benefit all.

Remy Naravulu is such a great instructor! Not only he explains the subject well, but he also teaches great tips and tricks to let you beat the exam! He also walks you over the real-life working scenarios. He also gives out great career advice! My favorite instructor, hands down!

There is a lot of material to cover and not enough time.

There is an incredible amount of information in this course and it felt like there just wasn't enough time for me to grasp it all. I am not that great at this so admittedly the instructor had to slow down for me. The good news is that I walked out with a lot of great information, just wished I was smart enough to grab the rest.

Two weeks, night classes... much better than one week for all of Net+. Loved it! Great instructor.
