It was entertaining at times. I definitely laughed out loud. Overall, I know that Niels has the knowledge, and he did get better toward the end of the second week of class.

I different instructor would have made a much greater impact on my ability to engage with the course. Niels Macamo was the least engaging instructor I have had. Niels placed a seemingly false priority on the practice lab materials when the majority of the certification exam content is covered in the Cyber Quotient and ACI skill assessment question banks.
Retaking this class and would not recommend this instructor to anyone.

I am deeply disappointed with ACI learning for this course. From day 1 there were major issues with the instructor and ACI's "resolution" was to offer an additional voucher and a course retake. The afore mentioned "resolution" took them an entire week to figure out, effectively removing any option for cancellation and a refund. Being on a tight schedule, that was not a solution for me at all. If it were not for my military benefits, I would have essentially wasted thousands of dollars on a course where I was entirely teaching myself. Seeing how this problem was handled, I now have little faith in ACI learning's ability to screen its instructors and resolve large problems in a timely manner. I would not recommend this course to anyone who values their time and money.
while i thought it was good, i think the course would be better live not virtual.
Its a good course for senior audit executives.
My instuctor did a magnificent job, applying technical and realworld aspects into the every day lesson, He was engaging and charismatic.
