Great class with a GREAT instructor! I wish the class was a little longer but overall I really enjoyed it and learned more than I thought I could. I'm looking forward to 1002 and am referring my friends and family to take these courses!

Encourages people to really understand material. This class is not just one based on memorizing definitions. Not an easy class but definitely can see the information being vital to work in IT.

I think this should have been a 15 day class 4 hours per day (three weeks total). Also, the labs should be both teacher/student as student learning

Wish there was a mobile app for the course to make learning material much more easily accessible at a moments' notice. ITIL Foundations had this and it made learning the material much easier when on-the-go.

Great class, awesome instructor, just not enough class time. I felt there was not enough time for full understanding.

I think the course needs to be three weeks instead of two in order to provide a little more time for material to sink in and provide time for more assistance from the instructor. This was also a concern from several other classmates.
