I felt I was behind at first. Didn't help that I was under the wrong impression regarding start time. That could have been made clearer. But I only missed the first hour and was able to rally as the two weeks progressed. I think the overall program and expectations are a little unclear.

Class was fast paced but full of great information.

I enjoyed the course. Instruction was very good and elaborate. more challenging for those that this isn't their only commitment

Lot of good information, well structured and well taught.

I wont know the result of the course until I attempt the Security+ certifications but I feel significantly more confident and prepared than before.

ACI Learning continues to show students like myself how the instructors and staff care about not only our experience at the school but also making us comfortable with learning new skills that we can apply to the real world. I definitely plan to continue seeking education from this school to better improve my education to add to my experience from the military.

I get to learn the real life examples through the instructor and read the materials after class times. I get more understanding and I feeling of what ITIL is about now

I am looking forward to the rest of the program. This has been life changing for me. I feel as though I can pivot in to IT.

Great introduction for me to the IT world looking forward to see what is next for me.
