Overall, excellent course with and even more excellent instructor. I appreciated the practical definitions and implementations of many protocols. There was a great deal of information covered, so course-supporting supplementary documentation laid out during our in-class periods would be very helpful when reviewing for the test.
Each day of class was a massive data dump so it was often difficult to retain information. Many in the class had little to no exposure to IT networking, so it was common to lack a basic framework or context for the content. It may just be a consequence of 100% remote classes, but I perform best through hands-on learning and you just don't get that on Zoom. Getting that hands-on environment can provide that framework to fit all that new technical info into.
Great class. The instructor was great. He incorporated his experiences in to the lessons and made the class the very interactive. It was not the typical 'death-by-power-point' you would expect from a virtual class.
Overall this Introduction to ITIL coming from a Sales Background will make my transition to the IT industry an easy one. Keep up the great work helping out Veterans like myself!
