Great course, might take it again just because it's a lot, but it was very effective in expanding my knowledge in IT.
This was my first course with ACI Learning, and I'm excited for my next course next week. thanks to the instructor the portal layout the accessibility to books, practice tests and more I was able to feel very comfortable with my learning capabilities during my Network+ course. normally I am very scared to take exams, and tend to second guess myself but thanks to the access to all the information including the instructor I was very confident during my exam which I passed and it feels great. I'm very thankful to be here and excited to keep going.
It was a good experience and overall a good class for someone that is brand new in the field. Great people in ACI and professor Bennett.

I have learned so much in this class with Randy Smith. He paces the class just right so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. So many other classes you just read from a text book but in his class Randy Smith asks questions and gets the students to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. He is patient and eager to help. I’m thrilled to have taken his class!
