The class was good, I enjoyed A+ 1002. I can't blame Instructor Jay for being monotone but there was times I couldn't hear him but most of the time he was on point with what was being taught!

Excellent instructor, Lots of information and content, but ACI gives us alot of resources which is nice.

I believe that this is an incredibly valuable course but I think it would be more effective if given later in the track. Maybe after A+ or even after Sec+. That way students have a more concrete foundation for relating to the concepts introduced in the course.

The course was very informative. It would have been nice to have labs to perform during the course if time permitted it, but the applications we were able to use during the course was very helpful.

Online flash cards would really help students who have busy lives.

It was a great class I had a great instructor and felt that they spent a lot of time on areas that were more difficult to understand.

The only issue I've had was that I had the labs constantly freeze on me.

This course is great the only thing it lacks it's length. It should be another week longer to better understand the subject matter.

Alexis kept the class interested in the course material and explained the material very well. Very educated and experienced in the IT world and was able to break it down to layman's terms for the inexperienced. Thought there was going to be more actual hands on.

Mr. Petti was great. He was very descriptive and thorough with his explanations, and used good relatable analogies for new concepts. The course materials (diagrams, lists, definitions and quick study guides) were very clear and concise. Practice tests and mock exams on the app were a bit misleading. I feel like the questions are stated differently. Of course I'm not implying they should use word for word questions from the exam, but it seems the questions are structured differently. Even if you know the material the phrasing makes you question what you read in the course content. Just my opinion.
