Mr. Steve Johnson was amazing during the A+ course materials and training. Even though the class was a ton of information, he broke things down every step of the way!!

Had some zoom issues but aside from that course was very well put together. Instructor was brilliant and helpful in all ways. Able to answer all questions directed to them timely and with a good depth of knowledge.

The ACI CCNA1 course was very well done. The e-text clearly explains the material. The Boson NetSim lab environment is a helpful learning tool. Robert Fleming is an excellent instructor- excellent. His explanations are thorough. His combined use of the slide deck and external schematics proved to be very effective. I have had many good teachers in my life, but he ranks among the very best.

Overall, I feel like I learned a lot of new and valuable information that I can apply to work and my everyday life.
