Nice course to take for more information on ITIL
needs to be longer in training per day and overall course
Make it longer. this is so fast to drop new info on people like me that are green to this. two weeks for each course is a joke. I took a 15k loan for this and all im offered is afternoon tutoring or to retake the sped up courses? a joke.

It was a good class on an important subject and will benefit me in my work.
Lots of useful content. But needs a better utilization process/platform, with added content for activities, group learning, and gaming.
Would be good to have more break-out sessions.
