This course and Ryan Swick were a breath of fresh air after the ITIL course. All of the CompTIA learning and study modules were an excellent addition to the course. The instructor was very fun and interactive, used many methods to make sure we understood something that was complicated showed us computer parts and went over them, so we would have a visual.

The course was really well run. The instructor was available, professional and clearly a subject matter expert. I would recommend this course/instructor to anyone with aspirations of entering the IT field.
