Very educational and a good stepping block to the other callses in this program
I appreciate the new avenues of learning material. I have plenty of experience but did not have the real language.
Good material, plenty of accessible tools, poor time management, and not enough class engagement.
Honestly this course could be cut to a week and a half maybe to have a better understanding of the content and be able to grasp the concepts of ITIL. the test comes really fast and made me a bit more anxious than i wanted to be. Allowing a weekend to study would be benifical to future students imo
Excellent overall course with the exception of the online labs.
Really informative course for an in depth overview of the Security + Certification Exam and objectives. It is a lot of info that seemed a little rushed through, in a two week span. One more week would have helped put it all together and add some applied knowledge and practical practice. This class felt more like a lecture than a learning experience. I wish we had more time to make a more involved learning experience. Dan is super nice and experienced, just lack of time pressured him through a few lessons.
It just seems like a hard course to engage in .
