There was a lot of information that was covered. John made the learning process easy. He is a great teacher of ITIL.

It is my first course with ACI but I like how the material is presented and with a great instructor makes it so much easier.

Even if passing the course. I would take over and over again. It is like a good movie. You do not mind watching again.

I dont know if it was just me that when i tested my self i feel like i read so much all of it sounded right i got so confused

Great Class I learned a lot!

I think I will be very well versed in the actual network after this class. The teachers were critical in passing on their knowledge of Network+.

The material via cert master was great, and so were the network labs.

Good course. I wouldn't change it, just continue to keep it current. I think the addition of NISTIR 8286 to the materials is needed. Also, more time could be spent on FAIR quantitative risk analysis model. It is gaining momentum in the profession.

Great course material, detailed and applied easily to real world situations.

I believe that it is a very good course but anyone attending definitely needs to know Net+ and Sec+
