Long hours, but necessary for grasping all the information needed for Itil.

Positive experience

This probably should be a 3 week course. There is a lot to go over.

wee prepared class

Even though the instructor and the materials were excellent, it still takes, (my) human brain time to absorb and start to put all the perspectives in order to where one can truly learn and speak the language of ITIL. Hope I pass the certification test.

Great class. It's a lot of material to learn in 2 weeks but we have tools to continue studying for our certification exam.

If you were to attempt to accomplish all lab work as well as follow lectures, you would be learning for a full 40 hour week. More Labs than there are days of lecture, and some labs take several hours to complete. I freaked out my first class with Labs as I thought I had to do them all, but it would have been nice to know that I had 6 months (while I have access to ACI) to work on labs.
