Overall, the instructor was great and very knowledgeable in the material. When I had issues I was able to reach out to him and he was able to provide an answer in a timely manner. The course day could have been longer (maybe 6hrs) to cover more material and less material would have to be covered outside of class. The labs were a sore point during this whole endeavor. I came to ACI Learning to help me get certifications and find a job which I believe they will help me do; however, I feel I need to put a lot more study time in to make up for the practical experience I did not receive due to the issues I had with the labs.

One of the best class I have taken. The instructor was very knowledgeable and willing shared her experiences with the class. This class exceeded my expectations.
