Poor time management. All instructors were late to class and rushing through the curriculum . Poor teaching techniques. Poor review and left me behind most of the time. I the student suffered and not what I as a taxpayer would want my taxes going to. Over all less than mediocre in my Opinion.
The Same issues are persistent from the CompTIA A+ 1101 course, broken modules etc. This caused considerable delays and frustration during the learning process for many in the class. The platform does not allow users to review their answers alongside the correct ones after completing the practice exam, especially when answers are incorrect. This makes it difficult to identify knowledge gaps or understand mistakes. This is an essential part of the learning process, and effective exam preparation, particularly when a passing score is required to obtain the course voucher. While the instructional content itself was excellent, these technical and design issues detracted from the overall experience. Instructor withstanding you can receive the same level of education online for free. I believe that with some improvements to the platform and user interface, this course could be significantly more effective for future learners, although I would not recommend the course in its current state.
Tim Cassibry is a great instructor for learning ITIL 4 Foundation. Excited to learn the next courses in this program.

My experience with the ITIL course and the instructor was most enjoyable and has boost my momentum for the CUSS program.
Course was informative, just career connect doesn't work as designed. Time and time again did i notice and experience so much time doing the same thing over and over to have all my work not saved. something that should be instant took hours to attempt to figure out.
Instructor demonstrated they were a subject matter expert in the course and applied it to real world scenarios.
