needs more allotted time to give students a better chance to fully absorb the info

I though Kathleen Crawford was an excellent instructor.

I feel renewed that the current program is the correct one for me even after the A+ 1001 fiasco that left me feeling deflated and willing to give up on the current program. During this course did not feel rushed was on time with our break times which made it easier to minimize interruptions and plan my day after course was done for the day instead of going late and having to rush to appointments. He also alternative programs and sites that are free which is always nice. I am grateful that I have him for the next course as I am not how well I will enjoy network+.

Great course and a great instructor. I believe this course will go a long way in helping me in achieving my IT goals.

The course was fantastic and the instructor i had was top tier if anyone had questions they would be answered in a way that each student could understand.

Excellent course for the basic understanding of IT logistics and practices.

Overall, it was a really great course. Prior to the course, I was nervous about how well I would understand and retain the knowledge necessary to successfully pass the certification exam. I'm finishing the course with plenty of resources and feel much more confident about obtaining my certification.
