Not enough time for the amount of information given but overall resources available are beyond amazing

The class was informative and engaging.

The labs need tutorial videos to show what the steps do and why you are doing them. The entire course felt rushed until the last few days, I think another week added would be a great benefit. The instructor gave numerous real-world examples but I think he needs to be allotted the time to go more in-depth and to tie everything together (especially for the encryption parts)

The class was small and I had a great instructor but I felt overwhelm for a couple reasons. My wrist has Carpel Tunnel and my Back was extremely bothered even when I'm using coping equipment. It's not the class fault but didn't know this level of class would be so painful .

Homework was difficult for me..I talked with the director..unfortunately these past 2 weeks..I have had a HVAC issue at my house since the saturday BEFORE this course started...85-90 degree daily in the house...I cannot think straight..yes..it has affected everything.

I had issues with questions during reviews and then the test. Some questions were just worded strangely to a point the correct answer didn't seem correct or "select what's true" questions that have multiple correct answers but you have to pick one.

While there was time allotted to learning activities, there is no substitute for being in class. The current and ongoing troubles with social distancing and the reaction to COVID19 in general have drastically hampered what I believe could be an excellent training program. As there is a seeming mountain range of material to navigate, it feels as though there is only time enough to ascend one peak. The program materials are there but it feels like we only superficially breeze past then in order to get the hint and move on instead of significant digestion. The exception here was the necessary focus on Subnetting. This not only turned out to be informative but insightful. However, I can't help but think the concepts would have been better reinforced via direct in class instruction.
