Adon Babayan was an AMAZING instructor! Yes this is a drinking from the firehose type of class, but he made the class, fun, exciting and engaging! I learned crazy amount from him in this class, wish he had been my instructor for Sec+.

This course is well worth it. The instructor and the labs are great part of the course. Also the instructor was well versed in this area and got a lot out of it.

At first the course was a bit overwhelming, there was a lot of information. As the lessons went on I found myself understanding the information better. The instructor made me confident as I progress into the next level of my IT career.

Alexis Valencia has a lot of helpful gems to share for those with minimal experience with computers. I would recommend him and even take his class again!

its a lot of information, but Professor Valencia does a great job of breaking it down. The supplemental labs are great, and with the ability to re-watch lecture, you can really retain the information.

I enjoyed the course, a lot of information in two weeks and will have the greatest contact of my instructor Alexis Valencia. He was able to break things down and help understand the class work.

I've had many instructors over the years and my past experience has been that I have received instruction from lab assistants, adjunct professors and support staff. This is not the case for Alexis Valencia. It is ACI's good fortune and to the benefit of their students that we have an instructor with this level of knowledge and skill. Alexis doesn't just teach the material; it's obvious that he's spent years in the industry working on the cutting edge of innovation, not just on the systems and equipment side, but in the organizational aspects of Information Technology. I'm sure that there are many companies who would spend quite of lot in terms of resources, time and effort trying to onboard him, but it's obvious that he likes what he does, so you can't have him. He's ours.

It was a very great training with deep details and information. Although, It would be nice if we have more real cases that we could apply in practice the knowledge acquired and see the results. Just because Cobit bring us a bunch of parameters and metrics, so it would be helpful to have some simulations.

It was a great course to understand the COBIT framework and key components. Mark is a very knowledgeable and effective instructor.

The ITIL 4 Foundation discussions and homework delivered/assigned by the presenter was relevant to the text used in this course. The instructor was successful in helping all the students relate the ITIL 4 Foundation Material to real life practices and processes that we have or would encounter in the workplace. Mr. Woods was engaging and made us comfortable with the material and our quest to further our careers or break into the IT field.
