This is a great course that will give you the knowledge and hands-on experience you need to install, secure, and troubleshoot computers. I really enjoyed the instructors' knowledge and experiences in this area which put me at ease in learning the material.

Definitely will require continued study prior to taking certification, but much better prepared with all the materials needed to succeed.

Enjoy the instructor delivery of material. He is always prepared for class.

The best part of the course was my instructor and his willingness to help me. I'll never forget how he helped me when I was having a tough time with not just the material but with life in general. I just would like to say I'm thankful for Instructor Lee Hughes and moving forward I plan to stay in contact with him.

So far, this has been a great foundational course into the IT world. I appreciate the team here at ACI for being so willing and able to help us succeed.
