A little bit more study time, perhaps a second weekend to study, but otherwise is an excellent course. I can look into the other practices in more detail, but this is a great starting point for ITIL knowledge and the other practices are a google search away if needed, so they weren't needed for this course.

I was interested the whole way. I have nothing to really say is that it open my eyes to a lot.
Great class, This is not for beginners. I recommend this as a refresher course to renew your CCNA cert. But for beginners is a big NO. A lot of the instructions or teaching does not match up with the test for college credits. I was confused most of the time in this class. The instructor should provide a check on learning on questions and ask more questions to students and get a response from them. Being engaged with students, making sure we are learning. Reading of slides doesn't help.
Great course. Maybe 3 weeks for learning and appropriate timing for class.
