ACI Learning Reviews

I wish the slides for these courses were setup in more of a PowerPoint presentation. If one wanted to print the slides, for ex. may two to three slides per page, that would be so much more convenient, than to to tied down to one's computer.

I really enjoy learning the ITIL4 Foundations course at ACI, the instructor was very knowledgable about the subject, and also, he uses real-world examples, and he is very articulate and knows how to communicate and teach this course. I would recommend ACI Learning to anybody!

The instructor was great and the course is effective. You just need time to master the information you now have access to.

I enjoyed the course, was hard to follow with the knowledge dump but overtime was more memorable.

Overall this was a good introduction to networking. Like I mentioned earlier I just wish we could do some on campus hands on learning as virtul doen not seem like I would able to perform many of the tasks in the field right away.

It is very difficult to study without a written book (not allow to download form CompTIA website) and computer lab is not user friendly and not the same with actual labs.

All in all, I felt that I have a better understanding of the material then I had before the course. My suggestion would be to make A+ longer so that the material isn't force fed to the first time student and the chapters aren't rushed through. I feel I will haver to re familiarizer myself with this in the future. The instructor was very knowledgeable and personable. I just wish we had more time to go over the basics of the program without having to rush so much.

Overall, regarding the course itself, great job! I did find out well after the course and after taking the certification exam (2 weeks later) that ACI wanted a copy of my actual Certification Exam results before they would issue me the next voucher for the next class. This is NOT the first time that ACI requirements were not communicated or were not communicated clearly. Communication to and from ACI has consistently been poor, in my opinion.
