This is an extremely good course. I highly recommend this course through ACI learning. It allows you to learn a lot get a crash course if you need it and give you a lot of good resources to help you with the exam. I like how they show you everything and they allow you to go with your own pace after the course. I will definitely plan to take my certification here in a few months once I'm done with the other courses.

The ITPro tv courses were amazingly helpful.
Please give better directions on how and where to go for the master cert and the voucher. A good 50 % of the students had problems understanding where to go. For me it was very frustrating trying to navigate three web sites just to take a test. In addition, if you could add a person of your staff to help on second shift it would be very helpful. As of today have only taken one of four tests and will seek help on how or where to go for the rest of the certs.
Good teaching. Difficult course. Be prepared to study a ton.
