Overall...I have learned a great deal about ITIL, this in return will help me be a better candidate for a job search once I pass the Certification Exam. I also feel that with the all the resources, I will have a higher chance of success!

Overall the CUSS course was a great experience. Sec+ was probably my favorite, James B is a great instructor.

I just want to say Eric is one of the smartest instructors I've come across and he explains things in a way that is well understood
