Great Instructor! Uses easy to understand language and provides great examples for application.

Great class and great instructor who really knows how to deliver material in a way that people can grasp using several different sites and material for retention. Very new age style of teaching that I really enjoyed, and very simple approach to teaching, beyond just using slides in PowerPoint. Highly recommended

This course and Ryan Swick were a breath of fresh air after the ITIL course. All of the CompTIA learning and study modules were an excellent addition to the course. Ryan was fantastic as an instructor, clearly cares about the success of his students, and is always willing to put in the extra time on any topic if needed.

The instructor was very fun and interactive, used many methods to make sure we understood something that was complicated showed us computer parts and went over them, so we would have a visual.

The course was really well run. The instructor was available, professional and clearly a subject matter expert. I would recommend this course/instructor to anyone with aspirations of entering the IT field.
