great course overall, it was a great refresher for someone whos been out of the IT game for a while

Course is good, Instructors are great. Just one problem that Cert Master Practice test is not correct. I'm in the course Network+ N10-008, but I could not access it. I have placed few inquiries but still has not resolved. I have requested some one call me but I have not got any call from ACI yet.

I thought the instructor had a reaistic approach on how to retain data to pass the certs. I appreciated that

remembering port numbers doesn't seem like a realistic approach, as long as you know what port looks like what and what it does, personally I think is good enough but I could be wrong.
