I enjoyed this course and will recommend it to others looking to begin a career in IT.

I struggle to learn when all I can do is attempt to remember everything that is being taught and presented. Spent two weeks going over protocols, cables, IPs, and so much more and I do not believe I understand or have memorized any more than I did before this course began.

Course material was well laid out and flowed properly. Instructor made the course interactive while being an online class. She answered all question completely to the person satisfaction. Used real world application to bring the concept closer to home.
