It is very difficult to study without a written book (not allow to download form CompTIA website) and computer lab is not user friendly and not the same with actual labs.

All in all, I felt that I have a better understanding of the material then I had before the course. My suggestion would be to make A+ longer so that the material isn't force fed to the first time student and the chapters aren't rushed through. I feel I will haver to re familiarizer myself with this in the future. The instructor was very knowledgeable and personable. I just wish we had more time to go over the basics of the program without having to rush so much.

Overall, regarding the course itself, great job! I did find out well after the course and after taking the certification exam (2 weeks later) that ACI wanted a copy of my actual Certification Exam results before they would issue me the next voucher for the next class. This is NOT the first time that ACI requirements were not communicated or were not communicated clearly. Communication to and from ACI has consistently been poor, in my opinion.

Ron was great. I would, though, suggest a little more time to watch the videos he posts so we don't have to skip breaks to keep up.

The course was great and the material was well organized and presented. I would reccommend this course to my friends/family.

Great communication from the instructor. This class was easy to understand and learn new concepts I wasn't aware of before.

I really enjoyed this class. it was effective, sometimes light, but the objective was completed.

Great course and a lot of knowledge gained from this. It was really worthy attending this training
