A steady paced learning program that teaches people new to IT the basics of routing and switching.

Great course with great instructors!

Teacher should have students take the practice test first, go over the lesson then retake the practice test at the end of the lesson. Maybe have a lab done once a day in the class or at the beginning of class the next day. So students know they are doing everything correctly. My biggest issue was getting access to the labs and homework sites too late, where it put me behind in class and made me loose interest in this course and skill. Thanks to Robin Lee, he kept me engaged and showed me ways to continue through the course.
