remembering port numbers doesn't seem like a realistic approach, as long as you know what port looks like what and what it does, personally I think is good enough but I could be wrong.

Under the circumstances of COVID and a pretty crazy world in general, this class and content has really connected what I knew with what I needed to know about computers and IT as a whole.

Network+ is a great course, I would recommend this to anyone starting in IT.

With respect to the wealth of information that encompassed the course, I feel that the time frame which the course spanned was not appropriate to obtain mastery of the material. An additional week dedicated solely to lab work, study groups, and Socratic discussion over complex and lengthy chapters would encourage mastery.

I appreciate the material and the opportunity to learn the material in preparing me for the exam and for assisting me in becoming job ready.
