I would recommend this course to others. The docebo site is a little difficult to navigate, but the course was very straightforward.

ACI Learning has some good instructors, and for the most part, have been impressed with their performances. The course material and content to learn on the side are quite good. I was skeptical at first with them saying I have to learn all these materials in a 3-month time span, but with the way, they balance and handle things. It does work. I look forward to my last class in this marathon of computer learning.

The course was a lot of information packed into a 2 week course. It was difficult staying up on the reading and lesson material but the instructor was amazing and kept the class engaged and drew amazing diagrams that really helped everyone to understand the material rather than memorizing the wording of the material.

The instructor Jay did an excellent job, and it is clear he has a lot of experience as a trainer.

Great Class, Great Instructor, Much knowledge gained!

This course is not for the faint of heart. It is challenging and FULL to the brim with knowledge that will make your brain hurt a little just from the first week. Don't despair though. Follow the instructions and do the labs, over and over again. look for resources to listen too. If you didn't understand it explained one way having it explained a different way may help. TAKE NOTES!!! This will help you practice for taking the test. Be diligent, but kind to yourself. Burn out on this course is actually pretty high. Take your time and get the answers right!

More practice quizzes built within the course and not just labs would be better.
