CND is an excellent course. However, it may need more time than 2 weeks because it has critical information that we had no review due to the time limits (M-F/ 4 hours each day), and the instructor ( knowledgeable, but not a good teacher/ instructor. other than that the CND course has good learning materials and student support channels.
A+ 1101 and 1102 courses were both good groundwork for this course.
I'm very satisfied with this course and wish I can have Mr. Allen again.
I like the overall format, although the side chatter, anecdotes and off topic discussions make the videos longer than they need to be. When I watch a video, I like the info to be short sweet and succinct.
For individuals coming into this with no knowledge at all it should offer more resources to catch up to some others that may have more knowledge in the field. This course however, does not meet that expectation. By the end of this course individuals should be comfortable and ready to take the exam for the certification. However, this is not the case instead it leads to more studying and resource searches due to lack of resources. For the previous course in ITIL a huge variety of materials were provided and due to that my overall readiness for the exam allowed me to take it immediately after completing the course.
