I told others about this particular course because the instructor helped me to understand it to the point that I could explain some of it to another person. They are now interested in taking the course.

I will know more in the next 4 weeks. there is alot of material. labs were/are complicated. It will take me a few weeks to give a better assessment of the overall materials. Two more courses lined up back to back. if they build on what i have learned in this course and feeds into the SEC+ certification test, then it will be great. otherwise there will be challenges to Prep for Sec+ Cert while successfully attempting to complete CND and CEH without loosing too much of SEC+

I would recommend ACI to anyone seeking knowledge in technology.

Overall the class was good for its intended purpose, will not say it was perfect because if it was there would be nothing to strive for. Great teacher who is very knowledgeable and broke down the information in a way that almost anyone could understand if they were putting in the effort. I would add a week or half a week for reviews for the actual certification prep... Or a seperate study hall that helps prep you for the certification specifically. Overall good for obtaining the knowledge though.

Very please with this course but I do think it should be 1 week longer

Course is informative and quite useful. But oftentimes reduntant.

the IT PROTV are a complete drag and not really helpful, personally.

GOOD course , was surprised by the number of videos we watched as homework. BUT DEFINITELY UP TO SPEED.

Overall it has given me an understanding of ITIL as a whole that I can use in my future IT career.
