Very lenient in classroom rules. relaxing environment, convenient location with good parking, access to food. Everyone on the staff is helpful. The help chat system is not good Giving me only preset click options before i can talk to a bot, before the bot can get a hold of someone, is very very uncool in my book. Do do things like that. give the option to type immediately. All that does is get some one fired up before a real person has to deal with their issues.
