Thank for updating my understanding on Networks

The ITPro tv courses were amazingly helpful.

Please give better directions on how and where to go for the master cert and the voucher. A good 50 % of the students had problems understanding where to go. For me it was very frustrating trying to navigate three web sites just to take a test. In addition, if you could add a person of your staff to help on second shift it would be very helpful. As of today have only taken one of four tests and will seek help on how or where to go for the rest of the certs.

Good teaching. Difficult course. Be prepared to study a ton.

The course definitely helped get ready for my A+ certification exam.

It was a solid course but felt extremely rushed. Good way to get into cramming.

Would like more hands on training.
