Course is too short. Needs to be at least 3 weeks.

It was an overload of information and I did not really understand any of it. I felt very overwhelmed during this entire course.

the software is horrible, had to wright down my own answers and grade my own practice test. look at ExamFx.. its for insurance lic... it was more useful and could take test and get an idea of where you are.

Instructor practically just read the words off of the powerpoint slides and often read them wrong as well as mislabeling acronyms throughout the course. The instructor may be knowledgeable about this field, but is not great at teaching that knowledge.

A lot of the material that was in the content section of the course seemed to align too much with other certifications than it did with Security+. There was a lot of information that just didn't seem to match or be that pertinent to the exam requirements. The labs seemed to be more geared towards CEH or CND than for Security+ since they got so deep in the weeds unnecessarily, where Security+ seems to be more broad focused. I understand the desire to have an in depth understanding of the concepts but there's already so much material to learn and study that the other content becomes too overwhelming and kind of diverts from the core knowledge that's needed for Security+. It almost seemed as if the course was trying to teach 3 or 4 different subjects at the same time and felt unfocused. All of the content was helpful in the general scheme of IT and there was certainly a lot that I learned but I feel that I lost more of the Security+ focused material than I would have liked.

Network+ was challenging

The instructor did the best he could given the time and material given. The syllabus homework did not match up with the material covered for the day which added confusion and inefficient time for studying. The time allowed for covering the material was very limited. The course should have been longer to allow more time for absorption and proper assimilation of the material. Also, the videos in the course material were different than the labs given which added a level of discontinuity that made understanding the processes more inefficient and harder to comprehend. I wish there were more time for the course in order to cover main subjects more in depth. Recommend class be extended an extra week or a few days at least. Instructor Troy did his best with the time he has but I don't believe its enough time overall.

I would like more student interaction and activities set for net+ the overall content felt rushed

Overall I think my instructor was good and repetitive with helping with the work. Just not sure if I really comprehend all the info.
