With this being a Career change, I was so fearful of the unknown! This class made me feel very comfortable and the information was easy to understand. I'm now looking forward to the rest of my courses! (just to further drive home the point...i.e. CHRIS IS GREAT!)

These classes will not prep you for Cert exams in totality if you have not worked in the IT field for some time. You will need to spend a lot of "off" time working for test prep for Cert exams. Those test are not designed for someone who only has 40 hours of exposure to pass. Great courses overall! but there is an aspect of work that needs to be done outside of class to be ready for Cert exams in addition to class time.
