My internet kept cutting out over and over and missed large portions of the class am unable to evaluate the course properly

the instructor did very well, and the labs helped a lot. my only critique is that there is a whole lot of course for just one week.

CompTIA A+ 1101 was a great class overall. Mr. Eric Tinn kept the class engaged and interested. The course material, however, needs review, updates and improvement.

Excellent course. ITIL 4 Foundation has completely opened my eyes in the idea that IT is not just computers and the geek squad - it directly affects the success of a business and it's people. We're not just there to click a mouse and type up TPS reports, we're there also to propel the business forward and to be a valuable asset in it's operation.
