This feels very rushed. I preferred having 8 hours a day in ITIL 4 Foundation. There should at least be required videos and assignments instead of just free range studying.

The course was very informative and there were many resources available. i have learned a lot since taking this course. Mr. Baybayan was a wonderful instructor. He was very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. I do feel this course should have been longer like 3-4 weeks. There is a lot of information to retain.

The instructor, Alexis Valencia, was excellent! At every subject he gave us a real world scenario and that made learning the material so much easier as opposed to just reading PowerPoint slides.

This was a little late in the day for me to pay attention for much of the last 2 hours. I was pretty useless after 10 pm

The first week of the class we had Chris Ward. A friendly, engaging, knowledgeable instructor. Sad to say, following week was a big downgrade from the previous. Mark Russel has a great experience in the industry and teaching, but falls short in presenting the material in a thoughtful way that would assist us in passing the examination. Many times, he seems totally unprepared, relying solely on his own experience as a content for teaching. When we go over some practice questions, often, he answers them wrong along with us before clicking and viewing the correct answer. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but I have slightly higher expectations from someone teaching this material. As he mentioned, this is his first time teaching at ACI, and it does show. Any related questions about this organization and programs such as where to find various documents go mostly unanswered. Overall, I think the content is good, but the presentation of it needs work. I wouldn't recommend this course in its current state with Mark Russel as its instructor.

The instructor was amazing. However, the amount of information a student needs to learn in two weeks is entirely to much. If anything the course needs a few more days that way students can actually absorb the information that is being thrown their way. Again the instructor was perfect and explained everything he was supposed to teach within the time constraints given.

Before the course starts, there should be an email or something what all different sites are used for the different lessons/study material. "learncomptia", "testout lab" "certmaster", etc. The first couple of days, I was trying to figure out the sites and had to play catch up. Jumping between the sites and figuring out what is best. The pro tv is supposed to be a good site to use, but really isn't talked about. There is a lot of content crammed in two weeks. Fine for someone with a background in IT, but way too much for someone starting out. I get it that it takes time to learn, but something like this should be more of a self paced. The instructor was very knowledgeable, but could have slowed down in the beginning.

it was good very informative, i do wish though we at some point, in day we skipped a break and left to be able to discuss with amongst ourselves, and help each other out, in the understanding of foundations. Peer support! to work things out together on things some people may understand better than others, in a different way mr. brown could explain

I found this course to be fairly easy until going through the networking section. Being fairly new to this field i feel the pace was very fast and hard to comprehend.

The course overall was okay. I thought there would be more instruction and learning about the exam and what to expect during the class time. The best thing about the course was the instructor and the little tidbits that he would give about the exam and testing strategies and his thought process on how he approached studying and tackling challenges. I also really enjoyed Jason's presentation about networking, he was really charismatic and did an excellent job. Finally, all of the resources provided is great as well, there are so many listing them on here would take the rest of the day.
