I can't deny I have learned a lot from this training course. I believe it would benefit anyone who decided to learn about it and want to acquire the knowledge ITIL foundation v4 has to offer. The course can help with the continuity of career growth as well.

this was the best of the 3 classes I have taken so far, mainly because it was in person versus zoom. It was more interactive and we could stop and discuss things further and more questions were asked by the students due to it being more personable.

I enjoy the course and professors were awesome.

The lab guide and labs need to match.

The self-paced study materials and labs are not advertised very well for this course. This is more of a bootcamp style course that may not completely cover a comprehensive understanding of Security +. The material would be ingested better with a 4-week format.
