Take the challenge questions need to be properly organized. The order of content in the study guide is not practical to learn certain processes in a linear fashion. This course should be an advanced study course offend to more seasoned students who would be better suited in a management role. The allotment of only 2 weeks, and teaching it at the very beginning does the importance and value of this content a disservice.
Enjoyed learning in this course and feel equipped for certification exam.
good teacher, very patient, and does not get mad at questions asked
Thank you ACI and thank you Mr. Allen, I have learned A LOT!
