the course needs to be fixed most information was in pervious course and never went into details on the security section. info was wrong or was not explained in IT security .

I feel that most of my learning and knowledge came from CertMaster+ , ITVPro videos and other outside sources. In class instruction did very little in preparing me for the A+ Certification, or the class assessments.

Its over.

It was a good course; however, it was too many materials and concepts to cover in such a short amount of time.

Focus on troubleshooting, the labs may help you out on this. I passed the cert exam with 77%, but it wasn't easy.

I am very pleased to learn this course.
