Probably one of my favorite classes from the ones I've completed so far at ACI - even though I had difficulties and stuff going on at home (to include being sick, and having a sick daughter), I was able to pull through in this class and enjoy it.
All of the classes to this point have been great. I have a lot of notes and have been presented with thorough information. I feel that I will be ready for the certification exams much quicker with all of this relevant material to study and learn.
if ever you want to learn and get certified in IT certs, Mr. Fedd is the instructor to help you through it. Hands down, one of the most knowledgeable and patient instructors I've ever had!
A+ 1102 was a great introduction to installing and configuring operating systems, security, troubleshooting, and operational procedures. As a new student to IT, I am becoming more confident in learning this field of study, and pursuing it as a career.
Great course. I would not skip this course even if I knew a lot about IT or was in the industry already. There are lots of tidbits in there that you will learn. And the ACI Learning program is a great way to learn it. The environment is conducive to learning, you have a live instructor, and a ton of resources that are very useful in study. Highly recommended.
great for the most part. some of the info on the slides was inaccurate but not to a great degree.
