the class was very fast paced but not too difficult

Its a great course over all. There is just so much content and even though you receive all the information needed it will definitely take you more than two weeks to learn it all and be comfortable with the information, unless you are a super expert. I still learned a lot.

I hope in-class exams closely reflect what the actual certification is like, but based on my ITIL experience, I expect it to be much different and more difficult. I am hesitant to attempt the cert exam without further independent study and research.

This was an amazing experience, I can't thank you enough

This is a great course! As I have said from the beginning, it needs to be longer, but for how short it is, it is marginally effective. The instructors were great!!

The assessment shouldn't be locked after taking it and I don't understand why ACI Learning's LinkedIn Premium should be lasting a year, they are members of team, and that Premium subscription should be unlimited.
