Great course. I would take another one from this instructor. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall I think this course was taught really well. I came in not knowing much about ITIL now I feel like I can somewhat follow along and chime in.

I wish I had heard about ACI Learning, before I'd even thought about submitting myself to the Hassle and aggravation of the other IT schools I'd wasted time and money on.

I feel this course, as is, has made me ready to start working in the field of IT and on my way learn so much more. I now have a more confident feeling about entering in the world of IT.

Mr. Sean Callian was not an instructor for this course. Both Mr. Currie and Mr. Callinan are the best instructors I have for past 10 weeks with ACI.

Great class overall. Looking forward to A+ 1002, Net+ and Sec+.
