Mrs. Waymer filled in all the learning gaps that were still lingering, after taking the A+ modules the first time. I highly recommend her.

This course provides all the fundamentals for the IT field. Along with the labs, Cert Master Practice, Cert Master Learn, ITProTV, and live instruction prepare you for both the course and CompTIA exam.

Great teaching for a difficult and sometimes boring topic/subject. Highly recommend this course and instructor.

Overall, Randy did a great job in teaching the class and look forward to him in the course.

Great introductory course however towards the more technical aspects it became am information dump and not so much real-life examples to help correlate the material.

Randy is an awesome instructor with a lot of useful knowledge
